I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas providing virtual psychotherapy to individuals.  I specialize in working with young adults, women, people experiencing life transitions, grief and loss,  new mothers, and people struggling with anxiety and depression.

I am a mother of a sweet, funny and loving son and two fluffy white dogs.  If I am not working you will find me organizing, shopping, going on walks, maintaining the yard, collecting plants,  trying to keep my son entertained, and spending time with my friends and family.

How I Practice

My style of therapy caters to the individual and their needs. I use humor and compassion to build relationships with my clients. I strive to create a comfortable and welcoming space in which my clients feel supported.

The Purpose

In an everchanging world that doesn't change for you, you have to learn to make it work for you. I want my clients to gain perspective on their patterns and identify core beliefs and values and how they play out in their daily living.

The Work

The work starts the moment you are ready and exactly where you are.  Through awareness, acceptance and action you will begin to make the changes in your life that you desire.

“Emotion, which is suffering, ceases to be suffering as soon as we form a clear and precise picture of it.” -Viktor Frankl
